the staff and the owner were all amicable. the double room i was given was complete with coffee machine, ensuite bathroom plus tea.

Everything was brand-new during my 2-day stay. I truly enjoyed the great location, which was very close to local transport to Cinque Terre. The room was airy and beautiful, featuring a work desk, coffee/tea making machines, and a TV. I was pleasantly surprised to find there was even a kitchen.

Great value, room was airy, staff were helpful. It was in a great location minutes from Keere Street. There was a good restaurant, a small supermarket and a supermarket next door. Everything was simply good;)))

A fantastic way to end my trip. Everything was brand-new here - kind staff and airy rooms. Great location at a short distance from Southover Grange Gardens. Convenient walking distance to a small supermarket and other shops across the street. Plus, there's a good restaurant in the hotel.
